Yes, we offer custom plans to organizations with more than 100 employees, and tailor-designed plans if you think you may fit in between the two plans. For example, if you just need one more Security Scan slot added to your “Starter” plan, this is a custom plan. Contact our team by either emailing support@zeguro.com or calling 855-980-0660, Option 1.

You can switch plans by logging into your Cyber Safety account and navigating to the Subscription tab. Click the subscribe button under the plan you want and follow the instructions in the popup module.

Zeguro offers support to all customers, whether you are on a free trial or a paid plan. Support hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm PST. We do offer extended support hours for our paid customers on “Premium” or “Business” plans.

We provide you with pre-built and customizable security policies. Custom policies that you provide to Zeguro are not currently available but are coming very soon in our next release.

Zeguro’s web app vulnerability scanner looks at the web apps your company uses to identify vulnerabilities, problems, or weaknesses that a hacker could exploit.
